PEMI Consultancy is a private business consultancy providing facilitation, advisory, and documentation services across 5 primary categories:

• NGO & Society Services: (12A, 80G, FCRA, Society/Trust, Sec 8 Company, NITI Aayog).
• Business Registration: (MSME, GST, Firm, Trademark, EPFO, Shop Act, FSSAI, Fire/Pollution/NBC NOCs).
• Tax & Financial: (ITR, GST Filing, DSC).
• Advisory: (UP Board, CBSE/ICSE, College Affiliations).
• Personal Documentation: (PAN, Passport, Visa, Haj & Umrah).

2. Independent Private Entity Declaration

PEMI Consultancy is a private consultancy firm and is NOT a government agency. We act purely as a facilitator/agent to assist you in preparing and filing applications with various Indian government bodies (e.g., Income Tax Department, MCA, Ministry of External Affairs).

3. User Obligations and Document Accuracy

• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information and documents. PEMI Consultancy assumes no responsibility for application rejections arising from false, forged, or incomplete documents provided by the client.
• Timely Cooperation: Many government filings require OTP verification. You agree to provide necessary OTPs and clarifications in a timely manner. Delays on your part will not hold PEMI Consultancy liable for missed statutory deadlines or late fees.
• Lawful Use: You agree not to use our services for any illegal or fraudulent activities.

4. Disclaimers and No Guarantee of Government Approval

While our team consists of experienced professionals who prepare your applications with the utmost diligence, we do not guarantee the final approval, timeline, or issuance of any certificate, license, or visa. The final decision rests entirely with the respective government authority or embassy. Delays caused by government portals, server downtimes, or departmental queries are beyond our control.

5. Fees, Payments, and Refund Policy

• Consultancy Fees: All service fees must be paid as per the agreed terms before the initiation of the filing process.
• Government Fees: Any government challans, stamp duties, or official portal fees are non-refundable under any circumstances once paid to the government treasury.
• Refund Policy: If you cancel a service request before the application is processed or submitted, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative charges. Once work has commenced or an application is filed, no refunds of consultancy fees will be provided.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, text, graphics, and service marks on pemiconsultancy.com are the intellectual property of PEMI Consultancy. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any website content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PEMI Consultancy, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services, including but not limited to business losses, penalties levied by tax authorities, or loss of data.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PEMI Consultancy from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your submission of fraudulent documents, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website and services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
